TRAINING: 3D PRINTERS (SLA)

In this training, we will show you how to use the Formlabs (Form 3) 3D printer at Happylab for your projects!

With the Formlabs Form 3 3D printer at Happylab Vienna, particularly fine structures can be printed using the SLA method. A liquid synthetic resin (resin) is used as the material.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Which file format is suitable for 3D printing,
  • How to prepare and start your print job on the 3D printer,
  • The specific features of the Stereolithography (SLA) process compared to other printing methods,
  • Important steps in handling the 3D printer to realize your project.

No prior knowledge is needed. Whether you are already a member of Happylab or just want to take a look at the 3D printer, you are welcome. The following options are available to you:

→ Online Test

Learn independently with our online module and confirm your knowledge in the test. After completing, you can start immediately. Free for members.

→ Group Training

Learn the basics at our regular sessions. The training takes place in small groups in german only! Free for members (Non-members: 25 €)

→ Individual Training

Choose your appointment for a personal training. Learn at your own pace and, if desired, on your own workpiece. Short-term appointments available! Cost: 50 €
